The Knox council has announced workshops aimed at NFPS and community groups to help them manage their admin and finances.

Running a Successful Meeting
Come along to learn how to make your meetings more meaningful and productive. This workshop will provide specific tips and effective techniques to help you run a successful meeting, enabling you to achieve your meeting goals in an enjoyable and engaging way for everyone involved.
When: Thursday 10 March 2016, 7:00-9:30pm
Where: Knox Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South.

Grant Programs @ Knox
Knox Council has seven funding programs which may be able to assist your organisation or members. The workshop starts with Council staff directly involved with administering each program presenting their aims, guidelines and criteria, followed by an in-depth look at the Community Development Fund grants. This is an opportunity to have both Council staff and other community organisations contribute to your ideas and share their knowledge to strengthen your project potential.
