The Power of Many conference is about collaboration: we are focusing on sparking new ideas and action and have built in many opportunities for networking and collaboration between sectors, organisations and people to drive both business and community focused solutions.
There are two streams of topics designed specifically for the interest of NFPs and Community Service Providers.
CoAct says “Stream one focuses on how we can provide help to those who need it most, through reconnecting them with their community and with employment. Stream two focuses on how we can collaborate better, get ideas off the ground, and foster innovation in our organisations to activate the communities in which we live. By the end of two days, you may have:
- Met with organisations that want to partner with you to get ideas off the ground
- Created your own sessions to connect with thought leaders and people you want to discuss areas of interest to you
- Taken part in targeted networking
- Met government decision makers, thought leaders, and community-minded organisations
- Heard from CEOs from some of the best community organisations in Australia
- Heard from international speakers about overseas best practice and what they are doing to improve their communities
- Learned about and helped with leveraging cross-sector collaboration and modern-day funding of projects
- Helped solve community problems, such as how to assist those most in need.
The CoAct Conference is being held in Canberra on June 24 and 25 and bookings are open now.
